The classification of water emergency rescue equipment is as follows:

2. Lifeboats and life rafts: Rescue equipment that can be used by rescuers and passengers to escape in emergencies.

3. Warming equipment: For example, immersion thermal suits, a lifesaving device that can wrap the whole body and has warming functions, providing thermal protection for rescuers in cold water.

4. Signaling devices: For example, handheld red light flares, rocket parachute flares, floating smoke signals, etc., which emit signals in emergencies to help rescuers locate.

5. Communication devices: For example, satellite emergency radio beacons (EPIRB), search and rescue radar transponders (SART), satellite phones, etc., facilitating communication between rescuers and the outside world.

6. Remote-controlled devices such as drones: For example, water rescue remote-controlled robots, which allow rescuers to operate the water rescue robot from the shore without entering the water. The operation is simple. The robot can be thrown into the water from a boat, shore, or bridge, and the rescuer can remotely command the robot to quickly reach the drowning person. The person in the water can grab the handles on both sides or lie on the body of the robot, while the rescuer remotely directs the robot to bring the person to the shore, with a speed more than 12 times that of a lifeguard. It can also automatically flip back to the upright position after capsizing, having a self-righting function, and can operate normally even if overturned by waves. Two robots can be linked together for rescue, and they can also tow life rings, rubber boats, and buoyancy ropes, greatly ensuring the safety of rescuers.
