Abstract

The self-righting lifeboat features an inflatable and foldable structure, making it easy to transport and carry. Its equipped rapid inflation and deflation system can complete the inflation or deflation process in no more than 10 minutes, ensuring the swift initiation of rescue operations. It can reach a maximum speed of 61 kilometers per hour, providing strong support for rapid rescue actions.

As a major country in water rescue, our nation has a water area of up to 4.7 million square kilometers, with vast sea and land areas interwoven. However, every year, various safety incidents caused by floods or drowning accidents frequently occur in both sea and land areas, which is heartbreaking. The self-righting rescue device has played an important role in exploring and building a more efficient rescue system.

The self-righting lifeboat adopts an inflatable foldable structure, making it easy to transport and carry. Its equipped rapid inflation and deflation system can complete the inflation or deflation process in no more than 10 minutes, ensuring the swift initiation of rescue operations. Its maximum speed can reach 61 kilometers per hour, providing strong support for rapid rescue actions.

Its triangular shape, combined with a wide hull and dual pressure water cylinder design on both sides, gives it stability and reliability in turbulent rivers. The hull is made of multi-layer reinforced composite materials, plus high-strength wear-resistant striped armor, ensuring the hull's sturdiness and durability.

The hull adopts an integrated design, with seams reinforced in multiple layers, and self-righting columns that can be deflated individually, which not only facilitates storage and transportation but also ensures safety during the rescue process. Its high-altitude rescue assistance system allows rescuers to easily reach the top of the boat for high-altitude rescues while ensuring the hull remains stable during the rescue.

The most striking feature is its self-righting function, which allows the lifeboat to automatically return to its normal state even after tilting 90°, ensuring personnel safety and reducing risks during the rescue process.

The entire boat is equipped with a pressure valve group management system, with up to 10 independent air chambers, each equipped with a digital pressure gauge;

Diverse inflation devices, including portable DC inflators and rechargeable batteries, portable AC inflators and mobile power supplies, provide various options for inflation operations;

Even under the load of two adult persons, the top air column remains stable without significant deformation;

Reflective markings are affixed around the boat body for easy identification in dim environments;

There are also grab straps around the boat body for easy gripping and securing of items;

The outboard motor propeller is equipped with a metal protective cover to effectively prevent foreign objects from entangling and causing damage.

The self-righting lifeboat is especially suitable for extreme and harsh water conditions such as rapids, giant waves at sea, and rolling water dams, capable of safely and efficiently executing transportation and rescue tasks for personnel and materials, providing strong support for water rescue work.
