Abstract
Yantai Huayang Lifesaving Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is currently one of the main manufacturers of marine lifesaving products in China, serving as a major production base for lifesaving equipment in the northern region. The company is located in Yantai, a coastal city in eastern China, with convenient transportation. The factory covers an area of over 10,000 square meters, with a manufacturing workshop of 5,000 square meters.
Based on existing production technology, the company relies on technological progress to continuously carry out technological transformation and innovation. Products are strictly designed and manufactured in accordance with the SOLAS Convention, the 1996 amendments to the 1974 International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea, MSC.81(70) "Revised Recommendations on Testing of Lifesaving Appliances", MSC.48(66) "International Lifesaving Appliance Code", MCS.218(82) through the amendments to the International Lifesaving Appliance Code (LSA Code), MSC.200(80) through the amendments to the Revised Recommendations on Testing of Lifesaving Appliances, and ISO9650-1-2-3 "Inflatable Liferafts for Small Craft", among other standards. All existing products have obtained type approvals from CCS, ZY, EC, GL, etc., and have also obtained CCS GB/TI9001-(2008)/ISO9001:(2008) quality management system certification.
The company's main products currently include marine evacuation systems, throw-over inflatable liferafts, liftable inflatable liferafts, self-righting liferafts, double-sided open liferafts, yacht rafts, and inflatable life jackets, making them ideal lifesaving equipment for oil tankers, cargo ships, container ships, passenger ships, ro-ro ships, cruise ships, and offshore oil platforms. The company also produces various fiberglass storage tubes and other spare parts.
